What if I bought an in-person ticket, but cannot attend due to changing COVID-19 restrictions?
If COVID-19 measures change either in The Netherlands or your home country and keep you from attending the conference, please send us an email. We will then try reimburse the difference with an online ticket to the conference. Please note that if other circumstances keep you from attending the conference, we will normally not reimburse your fees.
